This wine comes from a selected Guerrieri Rizzardi vineyard, produced with grapes from the Tacchetto Cru, located at the foot of the Adige valley and Monte Baldo, near the village of Cavaion. We recommend serving our fresh Tacchetto at 15 ° with sea fish, pasta or roasted white meats, especially rabbit.
This vineyard is characterized by unique terroir and climate conditions with a pebbly soil on a limestone substrate and a ventilated position, that provides grapes of great value in terms of quality. The wine has a marasca-rich aroma and characteristic spicy notes that reflect the freshness of Corvina and Merlot without barrel aging.
