Recioto di Soave DOCG – 2018
Garganega grapes are selected from pergola-grown vines that are 40 years old and produce excellent quality grapes. After careful manual selection in the vineyards, the grapes are left to dry in wooden boxes between three and five months, depending on the vintage. A long aging of the wine completes the cycle.
Produced with grapes from different hillside vineyards in the village of Soave. These parcels have distinguished themselves over the years thanks to their exposure, the age of the vineyards and the low yield per hectare, characteristics that make the grapes harvested here particularly suitable for the drying process. We recommend serving this fresh wine (12-14 ° C) pairing it with desserts such as lemon meringue, sponge cake or shortcrust pastry.
