Prosecco is a wine known for several centuries. Even the Romans wrote about the use of this wine. But it was only after the scourge of phylloxera that the suitability of this grape variety for sparkling wine was discovered. Since then his popularity has grown facinating big cities, such as Venice, thanks to his innovative style. Today Prosecco is one of the most famous sparkling wines in the world and ours is produced with grapes grown in the hilly area of Treviso, in the Veneto region.
