The grapes are harvested by hand from our vineyards and are then vinified together after long drying in the “fruttaio”. Suitable to end an important meal in a refined way, this grappa enhances its aromatic complexity if served at room temperature.

To drink it at its best
Served at room temperature to best enjoy the intense aromas, it is excellent at the end of the meal as a meditation distillate. Ideal ingredient in the preparation of cocktails, also perfect in combination with dark chocolate, cocoa-based desserts and dry pastries.
It has a beautiful amber color, with slightly toasted, smoky and vanillin aromas, combined with the purity of the distillate.
Warm and vinous taste with some pungent notes in the dry aftertaste
The Grappa originates exclusively from our Amarone from the estate's vineyards of Negrar, Valpolicella.
