This extra virgin olive oil comes from its own olive trees located on the Bardolino hills. The olives are harvested by hand after the end of the grape harvest. It is an oil rich in chlorophyll, green in color with intense reflections. It has a strong bouquet of spices and truffle aftertaste. It is indicated both as a raw condiment and for cooking.
