Fior di Rosa, Bardolino Chiaretto Spumante Extra Dry is a wine produced with the black berried grapes of Corvina from our hilly vineyards of Bardolino and Cavaion. The grapes are harvested in the coldest time of the day in order not to alter the freshness and fruity character of the aromas. It is vinified in stainless steel tanks and sparkled with Charmat method.
