DELARA Montebaldo Bardolino DOC – 2021
DELARA is our best expression of Bardolino, a wine that accentuates the qualities of our Corvina grapes, many of which come from the older vines. A vibrant expression of Bardolino, possessing both intensity and elegance.
Categories: All wines, Bardolino estate, Estates, Red wines, Still wines
Several years ago the Consorzio for Bardolino wines announced the creation of three Bardolino ‘Cru’ zones and so we began working on a wine to represent the CRU of Montebaldo in which lies some of our best terroir.
The result is DELARA, a Corvina dominant wine with a touch of Rondinella that represents the pinnacle of red wine creation in the Bardolino denomination.
A wine which combines intensity with elegance and balance. Complex and age worthy with a lightness in colour but a depth in flavour.
