Produced with grapes from number vineyards in the classic area.

These sites have stood out over the years for their sun exposure, the age of the vines and the low yield per hectare, characteristics that make the grapes harvested here particularly suitable for the drying process.

The Garganega grapes are selected by hand and then left to dry in the drying room (fruttaio) for a few months. The wine is subsequently aged in small oak barrels.

We recommend serving this wine chilled (12-14°C) with desserts such as lemon meringue, sponge cake or shortcrust pastry.

Aging potential: 10 years or more if properly stored.
