Grappa di Amarone della Valpolicella (aged in oak barrels)

This grappa is distilled, after the Amarone fermentation, which is between November and February, after the drying period of the grapes.

The grapes are typical of the Valpolicella area.

The grappa has an amber colour, due to the aging of 12 months in oak barrels . The main aromas are slightly smoked and roasted, with a vanilla nuance, combined with the purity of the fruit.
