The annual production from our mature olive trees in the Lake Garda region, is 40 quintals per hectare. These ancient olive groves are cultivated by hand, pressed and put in numbered bottles and labelled under the appellation of Garda DOP.
Our Garda DOP Extra Virgin Olive Oil is very low in acidity and rich in chlorophyll.
It is light, perfumed and we recommend it with salad, fish or even rice pilaf. Produced from Casaliva, Leccino, Frantoio and Pendolino Olive varietals.
