Grappa di Amarone della Valpolicella (aged in oak barrels)

Our grappa is distilled after fermentation of Amarone, which takes place between November and February, after the grapes have dried.
The grapes are mainly Corvina, with a small percentage of Rondinella, Barbera and Sangiovese, harvested by hand from our vines.

Agrumino del Garda

‘Agrumino’ is a unique liqueur exclusively produced by Guerrieri Rizzardi. From an old family recipe, we produce this liqueur from the skins of five different citruses. The ancient lemon houses were cherished by the Serenissima Venice and for five centuries they were a privileged source of lemons and delightful liqueurs. With time, the tradition was abandoned, but it remained in some old estates. We recommend this Agrumino liquor chilled and served with coffee at the end of a meal. (Only available in Italy)

Extra virgin olive oil, Garda Orientale Garda DOP

Our Garda DOP Extra Virgin Olive Oil is characterized by low acidity and is rich in chlorophyll.
It is light in taste but very fragrant. We recommend using it as a dressing for salads, fish or rice.

Amarone wine vinegar

The Amarone Guerrieri Rizzardi vinegar is a blend of 10 different vintages of vinegar that has been poured from barrel into barrel for 10 years and finally combined with the current Amarone vintage. The result is a velvety vinegar but with a strong aroma of toasted dried fruit and spices.
